We value feedback and complaints as an opportunity to improve our supports, maintain compliance with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), and meet our obligations under the NDIS Practice Standards, the NDIS Code of Conduct, and relevant Australian laws.


This policy outlines how participants, families, carers, and other stakeholders can provide feedback or make a complaint, and how we will manage it.

0101 – Accommodation/Tenancy

At Empower Ability Solutions, we assist participants in finding and maintaining suitable housing that meets their individual needs and preferences. Our team provides support with tenancy agreements, rental applications, and understanding your rights and responsibilities as a tenant. We work closely with you to ensure your living arrangements are safe, comfortable, and aligned with your NDIS plan goals.

0107 – Assist Personal Activities

At Empower Ability Solutions, we provide personalised support to help you with daily personal tasks, both at home and in the community. Our caring team assists with activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, eating, mobility, and other essential routines. We focus on promoting independence, dignity, and comfort, ensuring you can live life your way.

0108 – Assist Travel/Transport

At Empower Ability Solutions, we help you travel safely and confidently to where you need to go. Our transport support includes assistance with attending appointments, community activities, shopping, or visiting family and friends. Whether using our vehicles or public transport, we ensure your journey is comfortable, reliable, and suited to your mobility needs.

0115 – Daily Tasks/Shared Living

 At Empower Ability Solutions, we support you with day-to-day activities while living alone or in a shared environment. Our services include help with cooking, cleaning, personal care, and household management, all while encouraging skill-building and independence. In shared living arrangements, we also assist with creating a positive, respectful, and comfortable home environment.


 

0116 – Innovative Community Participation

 At Empower Ability Solutions, we offer programs that encourage creativity, learning, and personal growth through innovative community participation. Our services are designed to help participants build skills, develop confidence, and connect with others in meaningful ways. Whether it’s joining workshops, attending community events, or exploring new hobbies, we create opportunities for each person to engage in activities that inspire and empower them.

0117 – Development of Life Skills

We support participants in gaining practical skills for everyday living. From managing money and cooking meals to using public transport and improving communication, our programs are tailored to each person’s goals, helping them build independence and confidence.

0120 – Household Tasks

We assist participants with essential household chores to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. This can include cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and other daily tasks, tailored to meet individual needs and preferences.



0125 – Participate Community

 We help participants engage in social, recreational, and cultural activities within their community. Whether it’s attending events, joining clubs, or exploring local attractions, our support encourages connection, inclusion, and a sense of belonging.

0126 – Exercise Physiology & Personal Training

 We provide tailored exercise programs designed to improve health, strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing. Our qualified professionals work with participants to create safe, enjoyable, and achievable fitness plans that support their individual goals.

0136 – Group and Centre Activities

We offer engaging group and centre-based programs where participants can socialise, learn new skills, and enjoy recreational activities in a supportive environment. These activities promote connection, inclusion, and personal growth.
